Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.

Houston is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Houston is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I have had in a long time. First, the food did not look fresh or appetizing. The fish was falling apart and looked like old, dried fish rather than a freshly prepared dish. second, the crawfish appeared very dirty. It seemed as though they had not been cleaned properly before cooking, and I could still see mud and debris on some of them. Third, the tableware was not clean. When I picked up a bowl to serve myself some soup, I noticed food residue still stuck to the inside, which was extremely unpleasant and unsanitary. Fouth, the service was poor. While we were still eating, the waitress brought us the bill and appeared to be rushing us to leave. Even after we asked her not to remove our dishes, she continued clearing plates and chopsticks before we had finished our meal. To make matters worse, I experienced stomach discomfort and diarrhea after returning home. While I cannot prove the food was responsible, the condition of the food and the lack of cleanliness certainly did not inspire confidence. Between the poor food quality, questionable hygiene, dirty tableware, and rude service, this restaurant failed on every level. I will never ret

Chinese buffet with good value. For the price, it's already good quality with options for quite a few meat and seafood dishes. I won't expect an amazing taste for the price but it's still a good meal. I especially liked the steamed mussel with egg/cheese. The sushi options are very limited and can be improved.

Good variety of food. Food is ok, not the best. I have been to better buffets. Their clams are really good, even their desserts were just ok. Place is clean and fast service.

Good value for buffet in the loop They have all the classic Chinese buffet fixings. I wish the food were less salty and more fresh but it hits the spot Sushi could use a much higher rice to filling ratio. Their fresh fried sesame balls are really good!

This restaurant is clean and bright and the food is good. I don’t normally eat at buffets, but was invited here for my nephew’s birthday celebration. it was easy to find good, healthy options. There are a lot of seafood and veggie dishes. The shrimp and the green beans were my favorite dishes. The broccoli was also nicely steamed and not at all overcooked.i will definitely come back!
